1. Definitions
Verité Clothing: the company operating the webshop https://veriteclothing.com.
Customer: any party who enters into an agreement with Verité Clothing.
Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.
Agreement: any agreement concluded between Verité Clothing and the customer.
Parties: Verité Clothing and the customer jointly.
2. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, orders, agreements and deliveries of products and services by or on behalf of Verité Clothing. Deviations are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing. The applicability of any additional or deviating terms and conditions of the customer or third parties is expressly excluded.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude additional costs such as shipping, administration or transport costs, unless explicitly mentioned. Verité Clothing reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price increases resulting from statutory regulations may not give the consumer the right to terminate the agreement.
4. Products and samples
Images, descriptions and samples are indicative only. Minor deviations in color, size or finish do not entitle the customer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Orders and payment
Payment must be completed in full before shipment. Verité Clothing reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of errors, stock shortages or suspected misuse. Failure to pay on time places the customer automatically in default.
6. Delivery
Delivery takes place while stocks last and at the address provided by the customer. Standard delivery times are 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be grounds for compensation or termination. Verité Clothing is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as carriers or customs.
7. Right of withdrawal(Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason.
Conditions: - The product must be unused and in original condition - Hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear or swimwear) may only be returned if unopened - Custom-made or personalized items are excluded To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Verité Clothing via info@veriteclothing.com.

Products must be returned within 14 days after notification. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
8. Refunds
Once the return has been received and approved, Verité Clothing will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method. Shipping costs are only refunded if the complete order is returned.
9. Exchange
Exchange is possible within 14 days after receipt, provided the product is unused, in original packaging and with original tags attached. Discounted and customized items cannot be exchanged.
10. Retention of title
All delivered products remain the property of Verité Clothing until full payment has been received. Until ownership is transferred, the customer may not resell, pledge or otherwise encumber the products.
11. Complaints
Complaints regarding products or services must be submitted via info@veriteclothing.com within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months after discovery. Complaints will be handled within 14 days.
12. Liability
Verité Clothing is only liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Verité Clothing is never liable for indirect damages, consequential loss or lost profits.
13. Force majeure
Verité Clothing is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government measures, supplier failures or transport disruptions.
14. Changes to the terms
Verité Clothing reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
15. Applicable law and disputes
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
