Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.

3. What are the conditions for a return?
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
•Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrectly delivered item.

4. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@veriteclothing.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll ensure it’s resolved quickly at no additional cost to you.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, iDEAL, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

6. Can I pre-order out-of-stock items?
We do not offer pre-orders at the moment. However, if a popular item is restocked, we will notify our customers via social media or email.

8. How do I care for my Verité jacket?
We recommend washing your jacket inside out in cold water and air drying to maintain its quality. For specific care instructions, check the label inside your jacket.

9. Can I cancel my return request?
If you change your mind about returning an item, email us at info@veriteclothing.com as soon as possible. If the return hasn’t been processed, we’ll cancel it for you.
