Terms & conditions.

Version · 27 October 2026

These terms explain purchases from Verité Clothing. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Please read them together with the product information and the delivery and returns information shown before you order.

1. Company details

Verité Clothing
Registered address: Wilniserf 4, Tilburg, The Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 95797696
VAT number: NL867305800B01
Email: info@veriteclothing.com

The registered address is not a walk-in shop. Contact us for the return instructions and return destination that apply to your order; this does not limit your right to withdraw.

2. Products, prices and orders

Check the selected product, colour, size, delivery address and order total before placing your order. Prices are shown in euros, including applicable VAT. Delivery charges and any other mandatory charges must be shown before an order with a payment obligation is placed. A later price change does not change an accepted order.

Photographs aim to show the item accurately. Screens, lighting and natural knit fibres can cause small differences in appearance. This does not remove your rights if an item does not match its description or reasonable expectations. If an obvious pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you and explain the proposed solution; any payment for an order that cannot be fulfilled is refunded.

You receive an order confirmation by email. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Adding a product to the bag does not reserve it. An early-access signup is not a purchase, reservation or guarantee of availability. Any special preorder conditions must be clearly stated before purchase.

3. Payment

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment details are handled by the selected payment provider; do not send card details to us by email or through the contact form. Any provider-specific payment terms are shown during the payment process. Your statutory consumer protections remain unchanged.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is free. For other destinations, the applicable delivery charge is shown before you place an order. Estimated delivery times are shown with the shipping information; they are not a waiver of your rights if delivery is late.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the agreement. If delivery is delayed, contact us. You may give a reasonable additional delivery period and, where the law permits, end the agreement if delivery still does not take place. A fixed essential delivery date, a refusal to deliver and withdrawal rights may give you earlier cancellation rights.

We remain responsible for delivery until you, or someone you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. The statutory exception for a carrier you independently commission remains applicable. Report a missing or damaged parcel promptly so we can investigate; a reporting request does not shorten your statutory rights.

5. Your right to withdraw

For ordinary online clothing purchases, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you or your designated recipient receives the item. For one order delivered in separate parts, the period starts after receipt of the last part. You can also withdraw before delivery. Sale items and limited collections have the same statutory withdrawal rights.

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw. You can email info@veriteclothing.com, use the online withdrawal form, or send another unambiguous statement. A reason is not required. Send the notification before the withdrawal period expires. Include your name and enough information to identify the order.

After notifying us, send the items back without undue delay and within a further 14 days. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please retain labels and packaging where reasonably possible; original packaging is not an absolute condition for exercising the statutory right.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return-shipping costs where this has been clearly disclosed before purchase. Returns relating to a defect or non-conforming item are handled without the costs that would unlawfully restrict your statutory remedies.

6. Refunds

We reimburse the amount due within 14 days after being informed of withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or proof that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. A refund uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without additional cost.

When you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge, if one was paid. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery option you chose need not be reimbursed. When only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge may remain due. No automatic restocking fee is charged for exercising the statutory right.

7. Statutory guarantee

Items must conform to the agreement and meet the quality and durability you may reasonably expect. Dutch statutory guarantee rights are not limited by a blanket two-year period, our return window, a sale price, or a manufacturer's commercial warranty. Contact us if a product develops an unexpected fault. Depending on the circumstances, the law provides remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction or ending the agreement.

Follow the care instructions. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse are different from a product defect; this does not shift any statutory burden of proof or remove rights that the law gives you.

8. Questions, complaints and applicable law

Send questions or complaints to Client services or info@veriteclothing.com. State your order number where available and describe the issue. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and let you know if investigating takes longer.

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence where those protections apply. You retain access to the court or other dispute-resolution routes available under the law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy and changes

See the Privacy policy for information about personal data. The version of these terms supplied with an accepted order applies to that order. Later revisions do not retroactively reduce your rights.
